I hear all the time about how terrorst suspects do not deserve the protections of the constitution. I know that these people are not actually convicted of anything yet. The only difference between them and the rest of us is someone pointed at them and said “Terrorist”. The government may or may not have any evidence to back up the claim, and do not feel compelled to produce any. Evidence they do have may only be that someone was tortured into accusing the suspect. So what stops the government from using the powers supposedly there to fight terrorists from using them against me or you? What stops them from using those powers to maintain a grasp on power and intimidate anyone with an oposing view? Are there any safeguards against abuse?

Confidently this assists in lots of ways… and formulate everything significantly better. ‘Terrorist Suspect’ is the targeting conpiracy against a particular community and a propaganda and fake against Muslims, just at the instance of Jews.

The constitution was written to protect the rights of the citizens of the United States from being unfairly trampled upon by the government. Terrorists are people who want to harm people of the US (among others) and the constitution does not apply to them because one purpose of our government is to protect it’s people from those who wish to do damage. If only the constitution could have protected Nick Berg from getting his head sawed off, those are the kind of people we are dealing with, they do not deserve constitutional rights.

Absolutely NONE!!! Terrorists are found on the so-called
battlefield and were shooting at US and friendly forces
and killing innocent civillians and were captured. They are not a army of a nation, but terrorists and therefore
are not covered under the Geneva Convention and absolutely do not have any rights as “american ” citizens, because these SOBs are not Americans.
